“She listened to what we wanted to do, which was to really get the feel of the culture of Sicily. The hotels were perfectly placed to make us feel like we were really experiencing life there. Easy access to everything, and the hotel staff were all so helpful. She booked smaller tour excursions (not big motorcoach excursions) that we wanted to do, and we were very pleased with them. She kept us informed of any changes, and upcoming charges for requests. I really appreciated the details that she provided in hard copies in a folder, which had the itineraries, all the tickets for trains and excursions, and hotel information. I did have everything electronic, but the hard copies were good in case of wifi failure. I was a very nervous traveler and she made everything easy, was well organized, and accessible to questions. I am already hoping to travel again next year and she will definitely be planning the details for me.”
